Hello and Welcome Tidal Wave Families!

As our season approaches with the Swim Clinic/Indoor practices beginning tomorrow, I wanted to reach out with some reminders and officially introduce myself!

My name is Mara Keen and I will be the Tidal Waves Head Coach this season and I could not be more excited! I am from Pittsburgh (Squirrel Hill specifically), just graduated with my Masters of Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and have been swim coaching since I was 15!

I will also be joined by assistant coaches Faith and Hope Davis, who are also well experienced swimmers and coaches!

Starting tomorrow, May 16th, we will have our indoor practices Mondays-Thursdays 3:30-5pm at the Northgate High School through June 2nd. We use this three week period before the Bellevue pool opens to refine our skills and techniques and get the team meet ready!
